Refund policy
DAHILA TUBERS: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there's any cause for concern for the item, or the shipping process. We will evaluate the issue and discuss how to make it right.
TK Flowers stand by the tubers we sell you, if tubers fail to sprout within weeks of planting, please notify us immediately so we help if possible. Replacement tuber is an option of the same variety as inventory allows, or a credit will be given towards a tuber purchase in the future. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
TK Flowers is not responsible for rotting due to weather, pest conditions, poor care, etc. and is not liable for any damage, or loss resulting from crop failure of weather.
